1. THE ALMSHOUSE BRANCH:- ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT. 2. RELIEF IN NEED BRANCH:- TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
