(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE TO RELIEVE AND ASSIST, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN THE BESPOKE CRAFT TAILORING TRADE IN ANY CAPACITY AND ARE IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF OR ASSISTANCE BY REASON OF POVERTY, DISABILITY, INFIRMITY OR OTHERWISE, AND THEIR DEPENDANTS. (2) THE TRUSTEE SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE OBJECT STATED IN SUB-SECTION (1)BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (3) IN SUB-CLAUSE(1) ABOVE THE TERM “ENGAGED IN THE BESPOKE CRAFT TAILORING TRADE” SHALL REFER TO ANY PERSON WHO DURING HIS OR HER CAREER REGULARLY CARRIED OUT A TASK NECESSARY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CRAFT TAILORING
