Charitable objects

SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSE 11 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (1) TO FURTHER THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF TEWKESBURY BAPTIST CHURCH, IN PARTICULAR BY: (A) MAINTAINING AND REPAIRING THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH; (B) MAINTAINING THE SERVICES IN THE CHURCH; AND (C) SUPPLEMENTING THE STIPEND OF THE MINISTER OF THE CHURCH. (2) TO RELIEVE BAPTISTS WHO: (A) ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND (B) ARE RESIDENT IN OR NEAR TEWKESBURY.
