Charitable objects
(A) TO FURTHER THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM AND OTHERWISE TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE WORK FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID CITY, INCLUDING THE PREACHING OF THE GOSPEL AND IN PARTICULAR THE VISITING OF THE SICK AND THE AGED.
(B) SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE PROVISIONS, THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY ANY REMAINING INCOME IN SUPPORT OF MISSIONARY WORK, OR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, IN THE UK OR OVERSEAS
