FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO ARE (A) FOR THE TIME BEING RESIDING IN THE CITY OF CARDIFF AS CONSTITUTED ON 1 APRIL 1996 AND (B) NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE AND INFIRM PROVIDED THAT THE PERSONS TO BE BENEFITED SHALL FOR PREFERENCE AND IF PRACTICABLE BE PERSONS OF THE SAME RELIGIOUS DENOMINATION AS THE SAID GEORGE HILL SNOOK DECEASED NAMELY METHODISTS.
