TO SEEK SUBSCRIPTIONS, DONATIONS AND GRANTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING AS FAR AS POSSIBLE THE VERY HIGH COST OF PRODUCTION IN BRAILLE, SO THAT THE NOTES MAY BE OFFERED TO MEMBERS AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
