FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN RESIDENT IN NORTH ST PANCRAS WHO ARE NOT OVER COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE AND ARE IN NEED OF RELIEF OR ASSISTANCE WHETHER BY WAY OF FURTHERING THEIR CONVALESCENCE OR OF HELP IN THE HOMES OF SUCH CHILDREN OR IN THE SUPPLY OF APPLIANCES AND AIDS FOR ASSISTING THEIR CURE OR COMFORT WITH A PREFERENCE FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT MORE THAN FIVE YEARS OLD.
