Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR MEN OR WOMEN NOT LESS THAN FIFTY YEARS OF AGE AND OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF THEIR APPOINTMENT AS ALMSPEOPLE.
