THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS IN NEED AND OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE AND ARE OF THE PROTESTANT FAITH WHO ARE RESIDENT OR HAVE RESIDED AT ANY TIME IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
