ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS AND ARE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF ENGLAND. ONE ALMSPERSON SHALL BE RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF ST MICHAEL, CHESTER.
