Charitable objects

(A) PENSIONS TO THOSE WHO AT THE DATE OF THE SCHEME ARE PENSIONERS OF THE CHARITY. (B) RELEIVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESDIENT IN THE TOWN OF HAVERFORDWEST WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALUCLATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIPOR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE FREEMEN OF THE TOWN OF HAVERFORDWEST, FOR FUTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSES 22 AND 23 OF THE SCHEME.
