Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL DIVIDE THE INCOME INTO THREE EQUAL PARTS: 1. AUGMENTATION OF THE STIPEND OF THE INCUMBENT OR PRIEST IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST. PETER, HARGRAVE. 2. ONE HALF IN OR TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE PARISH, THE OTHER HALF IN DEFRAYING THE COST OF ANY EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE PRIEST IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES. 3. PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TARVIN, PREFERENCE GIVEN TO SUCH PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF FOULK STAPLEFORD.
