TO ESTABLISH OR ASSIST IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SUCH HOMES HOSTELS SHELTERS OR INSTITUTIONS AS MAY FURTHER THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE OR CO-OPERATE IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF ANY SUCH HOME HOSTEL SHELTER OR INSTITUTION (WHETHER ESTABLISHED BY THE ASSOCIATION OR NOT).AREA OF OPERATION SHALL BE THE RURAL DEANERIES OF WESTMINSTER (PADDINGTON) AND WESTMINSTER (ST. MARLEYBONE) IN THE DIOCESE OF LONDON WHICH RURAL DEANERIES ARE FOR THE MOST PART SITUATED IN THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER.
