Charitable objects
(A) ONE EQUAL HALF PART OF THE INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF TAMWORTH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (B) THE OTHER EQUAL HALF OF THE INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR RELIEF IN NEED OR AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION IN AUGMENTING THE STIPENDS OF ANY ASSISTANT CURATES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST EDITHA, TAMWORTH FOR THEIR OWN USE AND BENEFIT.
