TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE SPALDING HOSPITALS WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, AND, GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITALS.
