Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A BUILDING USEFUL TO THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT
(2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY
(3) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE LAND IN THE SAID SCHEDULE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY THE TRUSTEE MAY DISPOSE OF IT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CLAUSES 7 AND 8 OF THIS SCHEME
