ALMHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY COMMISSIONERS) HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF ABER FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF THEIR APPOINTMENT.
