PERSONS LEAVING HOSPITAL, HOSPITAL NURSES NEEDING FINANCIAL AID, GIRLS UNABLE TO BUY WEDDING OUTFITS OR FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF THOSE CONVICTED BY THE COURT WHO MAY BE OF WEAK CHARACTER AND BE DRIVEN BY LACK OF MANEY INTO FURTHER CRIME.
