(A) PROVISION OF A CHURCH OF ENGLAND CHAPEL. (B) PROVISION OF THREE MEMORIAL HOUSES TO BE OCCUPIED BY ELDERLY PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS WHO ARE UNABLE TO PAY A RENT EQUAL TO THE RENT WHICH THE R.D.C. WOULD REQUIRE FOR SIMILAR ACCOMMODATION. THE OCCUPANTS TO KEEP THE CHAPEL CLEAN AND HEATED.
