SUBJECTS FOR THE DEFENCE OF HER REALM BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF SKILL IN RIFLE AND OTHER SHOOTING BY PROVISION OF SKILLED INSTRUCTION AND OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTISE AND FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF SUCH OBJECTS TO EXERCISE LAWFULLY ALL OR ANY OF THE POWERS LISTED IN CLAUSE 3, 1(A) TO (F) AND 2-8 BUT SO FAR ONLY AS THE SAME ARE WHOLLY AND EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
