A) (I) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS AGED 50 AND OVER WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS WHO HAVE LIVED IN RIPON AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICTS FOR 5 YEARS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT. (II) WHEN SELECTING RESIDENTS, THE TRUSTEES SHOULD GIVE PREFERENCE TO WOMEN. B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
