TO ASSIST IN THE CARE OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HANDICAP BY PROMOTING AND ORGANISING ANNUAL HOLIDAYS FOR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS ATTENDING, OR ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND SPECIAL SCHOOLS OR ADULT TRAINING CENTRES IN THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE.
