THE BRETHREN SHALL BE POOR MEN WHO ARE AGED 50 YEARS OR MORE, ARE WITHOUT WIVES OR PARTNERS AND ARE INHABITANTS INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE. IN THE ABSENCE OF QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER MEN WHO HAVE BEEN ESTRANGED FROM THEIR WIVES OR PARTNERS AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF TYNE AND WEAR.
