THE OBJECTIVE OF THE CHARITIES IS THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE PARISH OF BUNBURY AND SUCH OTHER SURROUNDING PARISHES/AREAS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS OR SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY, AND TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIAL OR EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD.”
