Charitable objects
(A) TO PROVIDE ANNUITIES TO:- (1) NATIVES OF THE COUNTY OF KENT OR (2) RESIDENTS OF 10 YEARS IN KENT (3) MEMBERS OR PAST MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF AT LEAST 5 YEARS' STANDING PROVIDED THAT IN EVERY CASE THE ANNUITANT MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 60 YEARS AND MUST ALSO BE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. (B) BEFRIEND AND TEMPORARILY RELIEVE NATIVES OF OR RESIDENTS IN KENT OR THEIR DEPENDENT RELATIVES WHO ARE IN DISTRESS THROUGH POVERTY. (C) SUBSCRIBE TO OR ASSIST OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CONNECTED WITH KENT.
