Charitable objects
TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (1) IN OR TOWARDS THE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT OR REBUILDING OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF WILLOUGHBY. (2) FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WILLOUGHBY AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND FOR WHICH PROVISION IS NOT MADE OUT OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS. (3) FOR RELIEF IN NEED. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 29 OF SCHEME).
