(B) POOR, AGED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF WARWICK FOR NOT LESS THAN 2 YEARS. SUBJECT THERETO THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME FOR RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF WARWICK.
