Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME AS FOLLOWS: (1) ONE HALF TO THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE ELIZABETH WILLIAMS'S EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION. (2) THE RESIDUE TO BE APPLIED IN AUGMENTING THE RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY. THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL MEAN THE COMMUNITIES OF ST. ASAPH, BODELWYDDAN, CEFN AND WAEN ALL IN CLWYD.
