LIGHTING THE STREETS OF THE VILLAGE OF HATHERN. WINDING AND KEEPING IN REPAIR THE CLOCK IN THE TOWER OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF HATHERN. ANY OTHER PUBLIC PURPOSE APPROVED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS.
