GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY WHO SHALL BE PERSONS IN NEED WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR AT LEAST THE PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AS RESIDENTS.
