PAYMENT OF PENSIONS TO NOT MORE THAN TWO POOR PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE BOROUGH FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS BEING EITHER A) WIDOWS OF SPINSTERS OF NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE, OR B) MARRIED WOMEN OF NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAVE BEEN DESERTED BY THEIR HUSBANDS OR WHERE HUSBANDS (THE HUSBAND NOT BEING HIMSELF A PENSIONER OF THE CHARITY) ARE ABSOLUTELY UNABLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR SUPPORT; OR C) MEN OF NOT LESS THAN 65 YEARS OF AGE.
