1)PROVISION OF HOMES FOR POOR PERSONS, OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE BOROUGH OF CHARNWOOD EITHER FOR NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT OR FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS AT ANY TIME, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR PERSONS OTHERWISE QUALIFIED WHO ARE RESIDENT IN WOODHOUSE, WOODHOUSE EAVES OR WOODTHORPE. 2)FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS
