ONE HALF OF THE YEARLY INCOME TOWARDS THE EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION, THE REMAINDER TO BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE BENEFIT OF PENSIONERS; PENSIONERS TO BE POOR MEN WHO ARE AGED, IMPOTENT OR DECAYED OR INFIRM AND WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH FOR OVER TWO YEARS PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT. PENSIONERS TO RECEIVE WEEKLY STIPENDS TO BE FIXED BY THE TRUSTEES.
