Charitable objects
1. TO UNIFY AND CONTROL PUBLIC APPEALS FOR THE WELFARE OF THE BLIND IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF GLAMORGAN. 2. TO CONSIDER APPLICATIONS RECEIVED FOR THE DISBURSEMENT OF MONIES BECOMING AVAILABLE TO THE ASSOCIATION, TO OR ON BEHALF OF BLIND PERSONS RESIDING IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNTY OF GLAMORGAN AND TO UTILISE THESE MONIES IN SUCH MANNER AS MAY BE AGREED BY THE ASSOCIATION AND APPROVED BY THE WELFARE SERVICES COMMITTEE OF THE GLAMORGAN COUNTY COUNCIL (THE STATUTORY WELFARE AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 29 OF THE NATIONAL ASSISTANCE ACT, 1948).
