The Springmead Trust has a regular commitment to manage the Springmead Gardens for the benefit of the wider community, which it does under the guidance of a Garden Management Committee. The Trustees have acted on their previous statement policy of obtaining rental properties create a revenue stream for investment in charitable and needy causes in Brightlingsea.
