FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE "QUEEN ELENA" BED AND THE "KING HUBERT MEMORIAL" BED OR FOR ANY OTHER SPECIAL PURPOSE AND ANY PORTION OF SUCH INCOME NOT SO PAID OVER SHALL REMAIN AND BE OR CONTINUE APPLICABLE FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE HOSPITAL.
