TO PROVIDE EXTRA AMENTITIES OTHER THAN THOSE PROVIDED BY THE HEALTH SERVICES ACT FOR ANY PATIENTS IN HOSPITALS WHEREVER SITUATED IF THEY WERE RESIDENTS AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION IN THE AREA COVERED BY THE FUND - ALSO TO PROVIDE EXTRA AMENITIES AT CHRISTMAS OR AT SUCH TIMES AS NECESSSITY AROSE, FOR THEIR LOCAL HOSPITAL.
