INCOME TO BE USED AS FOLLOWS:- 1. A YEARLY SUM BEING PAID TO THE VICAR OF LEEK FOR PREACHING A SERMON YEARLY ON THE 12 OCTOBER 2. TO BE DISTRIBUTED AMONG THE POOR INDIGENT PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF LEEK WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF CREED, WHO SHALL NOT WITHIN 6 CALENDAR MONTHS PREVIOUS HAVE BEEN RECEIVING RELIEF.
