PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSES AND PROVISION OF BENEFITS FOR POOR WIDOWS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO FROM AGE, ILL-HEALTH, ACCIDENT OR BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS, WITH A PREFERANCE FOR WIDOWS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO SHALL HAVE BECOME REDUCED BY MISFORTUNE FROM BETTER CIRCUMSTANCES.
