Activities - how the charity spends its money
The almshouses are available to let to infirm persons in need, aged 60 and over and being either: 1) persons having a connection by residence or otherwise with South Wales and a connection with the shipping industry whether by reason of having earned their livelihood at sea or at the docks of South Wales or otherwise; or 2) be the widows/widowers of those qualified as aforesaid.
