TO PROMOTE THE WELSH CULTURE AND TO PRESERVE THE WELSH LANGUAGE BY A. ENSURING THAT A NATIONAL FESTIVAL IS HELD ANNUALLY AND CO-OPERATING WITH THE LOCAL COMMITTEE IN ALL ARRANGEMENTS. B. PUBLISHING THE PRIZE WINNING COMPOSITIONS, ADJUDICATIONS, WORKS AND OTHER SUITABLE WRITTEN WORK.
