Charitable objects
1. INCOME SHALL FIRST BE USED TO DEFRAY THE COST OF REPAIRS AND INSURANCE AND ALL OTHER CHARGES AND OUTGOINGS PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY AND ALL THE PROPER COSTS, CHARGES AND EXPENSES OF AND INCIDENTAL TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CHARITY. 2. SUBJECT TO PAYMENTS ABOVE, INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSWOMEN OR ANY OF THEM WHO SHALL BE POOR WIDOWS OR SPINSTERS OF NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE AND OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIMES OF APPOINTMENT. TWO OF THE ALMSWOMEN SHOULD ALWAYS BE PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED FOR THE PERIOD AFORESAID IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISHED OF LONGDON AND FAREWELL AND ANOTHER ONE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A PERSON WHO HAS RESIDED IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF RUGELEY.
