Activities - how the charity spends its money
The 24 two bedroom single storey terraced homes, were fully occupied at the end of the year. The homes all meet the Government "Decent Homes Standard", and an asset management strategy is in place to maintain the homes to the highest standards. A waiting list is maintained and over 100 applicants are on the list.
