INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLY IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WIDFORD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
