BENEFIT OF WORKERS IN OR ABOUT COAL MINES RESIDENT IN ASHINGTON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF AND THE WIVES, CHILDREN AND DEPENDANTS RESIDENT THEREIN OF SUCH WORKERS AS AFORESAID IN MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY SO AS TO ENABLE RECIPIENTS TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF CONVALESCENCE INCLUDING THE EXPENSE OF TRANSPORTATION AND OF OBTAINING DOMESTIC HELP DURING CONVALESCENCE.
