TO CARRY ON THE WORK OF A HOSPITAL PRIMARILY FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM TUBERCULOUS DISEASE IN ANY FORM AND FOR PROMOTING THE CURE OF SUCH PERSONS AND THE INVESTIGATION AND TREATMENT AND CURE OF PERSONS SUFFERING OR SUSPECTED TO BE SUFFERING FROM ANY KIND OF THORACIC DISEASE AND SUBJECT AS AFORESAID FOR THE TREATMENT AND CURE OF PERSONS SUFFERING OR SUSPECTED TO BE SUFFERING FROM ILLNESS DISEASE OR INJURY OF ANY OTHER KIND. TO CONDUCT AND ENCOURAGE RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATION LIKELY TO ASSIST IN THE PREVENTION AND CURE OF TUBERCULOUS OR OTHER THORACIC DISEASES AND THE PROVISION OF LABORATORIES LIBRARIES AND OTHER CONVENIENCES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABOVE PURPOSES.
