THE RESIDUE IF ANY TO BE USED TO PROMOTE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF VOLUNTARY AND CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH.
