TO ASSIST THE DEAN AND CHAPTER IN KEEPING THE FABRIC IN GOOD REPAIR 3. WITH THE CONSENT OF THE DEAN AND CHAPTER TO UNDERTAKE SUCH WORKS AS TEND TO IMPROVE AND ENRICH THE CATHEDRAL AND ITS PRECINCTS.
