TO GRANT RELIEF OR ASSISTANCE IN CASE OF NEED TO THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR'S PAID EMPLOYMENT WITH JEWISH CARE OR WITH THE JEWISH WELFARE BOARD, THEIR FAMILIES OR DEPENDANTS.
