1) ALMSHOUSES, NOT TO EXCEED EIGHT IN NUMBER, FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN SPILSBY DISTRICT FOR OVER FIVE YEARS, WHO ARE IN IMPECUNIOUS CIRCUMBSTANCES. 2) GRANTS TO PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN SPILSBY DISTRICT OR HAGNABY PARISH FOR OVER FIVE YEARS AND WHO ARE IN IMPECUNIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3) GRANTS TO THE FOUNDERS DAUGHTERS, BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND THEIR DESCENDANTS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 4) IF RESIDUE PERMITS, $25 FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE HAMLET OF ABBOTS, SALFORD, FORMINGH PART OF THE PARISH OF SALFORD PRIORS, WARCS.
